C17510 CopperASTM B441 (ROD), ASTM B534 (PLATE) , RWMA Class III C17510 Beryllium Copper is an alloy used primarily in applications that require high thermal or electric conductivity. The alloy offers good strength and hardness characteristics coupled with conductivity in the range of 45-60 percent of copper with ultimate tensile and hardness properties approaching 140 ksi and RB 100 respectively. -
C17200 Copper (CDA 172)Standards: ASTM B196, AMS 4533, SAE J461, RWMA CLASS IV, CuBe2 2.1247 C17200 is also known as Alloy 25 and is the most commonly utilized beryllium copper alloy and is notable for exhibiting the highest strength and hardness compared to commercial copper alloys. Its strength and hardness is similar to that of steel. C17200 copper's ultimate tensile and Rockwell hardness properties in a peak aged condition are in the 200 ksi range and RC 45 respectively (electrical conductivity 22% IACS minimum). -
C11000 Electrolytic Tough Pitch (ETP) CopperC11000 Electrolytic Tough Pitch (ETP) Copper is known for its high electrical and thermal conductivity, good corrosion resistance and solderability. C11000 copper is used for welding fixtures, anodes, bus bar in electrical power installations, ground straps, commutators and current-carrying hardware. Its inherent fabrication qualities readily permit it to be bent, soldered, drilled, peened, riveted and formed to fit almost any design specification. This copper has excellent hot workability.
